By placing an order through Davesherratt, you agree to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our return and refund procedures. These policies apply to the (United States) country.
1. 180 days return policy
We have a 180-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 180 days of receiving your order. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Ineligible for Return
Since all of our products are made to order, certain items cannot be returned. Please note that we do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized items (including customer-submitted designs)
- Items returned without prior approval from our support team
- Products that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing original tags/packaging
- Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Always contact our support team at support@davesherratt.com before sending any item back.
3. Help! I can’t find my return label
Don’t worry-our packages don’t include a return label. Just reach out to support@davesherratt.com, and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.
4. Return process
To start a return, you can contact us at support@davesherratt.com. Please include the following information in your return request:
+ Order number and full name
+ Proof of purchase (Order information Screenshot)
+ Reasons for return
+ To make the process as smooth as possible, please attach a video or photo of the defective or damaged product as proof for a refund or replacement.
Once we received and confirmed your return (usually within 24 hours of receipt), you’ll receive an email confirming that your return is complete. If there is a refund, it will be issued within 7 days.
5. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If your item qualifies, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost once your return is received and approved.
- Customers do not need to pay the return shipping cost for defective or incorrect products.
- If the selected product variant (such as size or color) is unavailable from our production partner, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
6. Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days and sent back to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
- Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund. After this period, the order may no longer be cancellable, depending on the processing status of the production department.
Full refunds are processed within 7 days after your cancellation request is approved by us.
